Ok i have SERIOUS doubts about this. There's even white people singing along with him for crying out loud! Maybe someone fluid in Afrikaans could debunk this one?

There is plenty of discussion about the terms and the song on the Youtube link you sent and other sites. Also, the verson you linked to cuts out a short interview he did after the singing, available on other Youtube clips. There is also a video that continues the documentary. In short, I don't think there's much debunking to do: The songs are real and the real question doesn't seem to be the meaning of the songs so much as what it means to sing them.
