For those of you who may be unaware, there is a Clan Snopes in Kingdom of Loathing. It has grown and diminished a few times as the seasons have passed, but there are a few diehards who continue to play, and new clan members are welcome to join (you must be on this message board or vouched for by an existing member to join).

Current clannies: do we want to spring for a sweet swimming pool for our Clan's VIP Lounge? It will take 3 Mr. Accessories. I'd be willing to contribute one Mr. A if there's interest.

Note that Clan VIP Lounge Keys are also available this month in Mr. Store, if you hadn't yet picked one up.

Woohoo! A friend who went to Comic-Con picked up a card for me at the Assymetric booth, and I now have some Superhero Reboots!

Early warning, we're approaching the end of another ...extended... Hobopolis run (I've been through four Ascensions, and four trips through the sewer, since we started it).

All the bosses except Hodgman are defeated. Of the loot dropped so far, I'd like to put in a request for the Frosty's Iceball and Frosty's Snowball sack. I'm also missing a few Hodgman items and I'd be interested in them if they drop when he's defeated.

So far, the only players participating in this run are Citizen James, StanstheMan, and me. If anyone else wants to make a trip through the sewers and take a few turns in Town Square you'll also be eligible for a share of the loot.

I got bored and went ahead and finished the run. Item drops:

Oscus's garbage can lid
Frosty's iceball
Frosty's nailbat
Oscus's dumpster waders
Chester's Aquarius medallion
Frosty's snowball sack
Zombo's grievous greaves
Hodgman's porkpie hat
Chester's cutoffs
Hodgman's cane
Ol' Scratch's stovepipe hat

If we want to be semi-precise it looks like I did about 60% of the turns, Citizen James did about 15%, StanstheMan did about 5%

There were 11 drops. If I take 6 items, that would leave 3 for CJ and 2 for STM. If I don't hear from you guys in a couple of days I will randomly select the items each of you get.

For myself, I'd like to put in my bid for Frosty's Iceball, Frosty's Snowball Sack, and Hodgman's cane. I have all the other items so anything else I claim will become a wad.

Feel free to speak up if you have a better plan.

Looks like I already have all of those (and the equivalent zaps). So I'll take random chance (or equivalent wads if someone wants to buy something).

Looks like the only non-speed items my collection is missing are frosty's arm, Zombo's ring, and Hodgeman's Harmonica and garbage sticker.

Hi, I'm (kind of) back!

I've been in a KOL hiatus for some time, but returned yesterday to see whether there would be a 12/12/12 item. I just finished the new level 9 quest and am beginning to get back into it.

I'll look around a bit before I'll go back to the sewers, but I'll be there.

Anything really important I should know?

Well, it's Crimbo season, so there will probably be more special content popping up. (right now I've only seen some random special combats, but something should probably open in the mountains soon if they follow the usual pattern).

Crimbotown is back, and you can fight animelves for items that let you buy different equipment items, including an outfit (which I got) and a familiar (which is probably out of my reach).

There seems to be another crimbo-abdomination in the making, too.
