Supposedly 4-inch chihuahua


I went to this story after seeing a pic of the dog on cuteoverload.com. It would be really cool, if the chihuahua actually was four inches. Most of the pictures have no frame of reference, then they finally show one with a measuring tape. The dog's chest is 4 inches high. Even if they consider height only to measure to the withers, ignoring his head, he's got to be at least 6 inches.

Don't think he's going to fool the Guiness Book with that.

I remember reading somewhere that the world's smallest dog was a Yorkie at 4 inches...
