Comment: A friend linked me to this video. Would this happen to be a credible video? The speed that the guy paints at seems a bit hard to believe.

Doesn't strike me as unbelievable. He's working in an impressionistic style and using paint that he's (presumably) already laid out in the combinations he intends to use. The rest is just texture and familiarity with the medium. It's what Bob Ross would probably look like if he wasn't stopping to explain everything he does.

Especially if he is doing the same scenes he has practiced time and again. I agree that it is believable.

It's a shame his dreadlocks are covering up the URL - there isn't enough of it left to be easy to find.

We just recently purchased 3 paintings from an artist doing a local Winter Carnival here. He did "some" of his paintings in about 5 minutes. My girls each got one from him, that we watched him do. His were done with spray paint. Very impressive.

That's just the original video, isn't it? There's a URL printed on the back of the guy's shirt which is mostly covered by his dreadlocks. Although since Lachyrimose already found him, it's a bit irrelevant.
