Yeah, I read this article yesterday and was rolling my eyes a bit. Some were right, some were wrong. I didn't notice, but did they mention snopes.com anywhere?

Yeah, right off the bat it starts with repeating the myth that tryptophan in turkey makes you sleepy. (Among other things, spinach, halibut, and pork have more tryptophan, and chicken has about the same amount as turkey).

Apparently the chemical in turkey only makes you sleepy on Thanksgiving, but not at any other time of the year.
