Hell this would work better as a standard "Amerika is da grate Satan!" conspiracy theory, since due to the "bread basket" we produce a lot more food for export.

"Charles" literally means "man", in fact the words "Charles" and "man" are interchangeable. So Revelations 13:18 could be interpreted as saying "Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a CHARLES; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."
