Of course it is - what your mother told you is true! Breakfast gives the body all the energy it needs after a 8 to 10 hours period with no meal at all. Comment: Do you think you could find out about wine not being as potent in biblical times. I was raised southern baptist and they always said this was the case. (I never knew baptist ministers were wine conniseurs, lol)
