Comment: Although the story isn't new to me, it is often passed around in
the educational community. It is the story of goose behavior. It claims
that they fly in a V to save energy, which I believe, but it also claims
that they honk from behind as encouragement to those in front and that if
one is wounded, that two other geese will stay with that goose until it
can rejoin the group or dies. The lessons are often shared in schools and
include the corresponding lessons we can take away from the geese. Is
there really scientific evidence for geese honking at eachother for
encouragement.

No, but I've seen many geese making pots of tea for their broken-winged brethren.

And here I was hoping it would be about foie gras. When you've force fed someone nothing but paganism, all they can do is...er, no. Force feeding someone Christianity and the Bible is horrifyingly nauesating, but only bleeding heart liberals who hate America would be against it...and the result is scrumptious and tasty?

We've got geese at work. I'm not all that impressed with the intelligence of them, they'll build a nest right by the front entrance and then get pissed when people walk by. I hate them so.
