So how does one accurately stretch a penis to determine it length when erect? I would think temperature would have some effect as well as how grab it and how much force you use.

Hmmm. It makes you wonder why they never talk about penile density or dielectric coefficient.

ETA: Noticed the statistic was all on men anesthetized for surgery. So the result may be valid for men likely in need of urinary surgery.
