Loopy insurance claims

Comment: My father was a lorrydriver and once had to be rescued from the ditch
since his lorry had slipped into the ditch. It was in the winter on a long
straight road and he had to take a leak. When he was done he saw that the
lorry had slipped sideways into the ditch until stopped by the snow. When
writitg the report there was a question "what could have prevented the
accident". My father wrote "less distance between public convenices". A
copple of years later when he was in that office due to another claim he
saw that his report was framed on the wall.
