Default Better Gas mileage with Acetone?

I searched for this on snopes, but couldn't find anything on it. Chow me if it's been discussed.

This video claims that you can significantly increase you gas mileage by adding a small amount of acetone to the tank of your car. Not that I would dare experiment on my car. Is there any validity to this? What about the other claims on this video for increasing mileage?

From the old board:

Can adding Acetone to fuel increase mpg by 15 to 35%?

Frying Pan

And this was covered on Mythbusters, Episode 53 (along with the exploding pants). The results were less than spectacular, with an actual decrease in MPG observed.
