Clinton health care plan required implanted chip
Comment: Is it true that Hillary Clinton tried to get a bill passed either
right before or during Bill Clinton's time in the White House making it a law that you had to have a chip implanted with all your information on it to receive medical care? I have heard this several times, but I can't seem to find any information on it. Can you shed some light on this?!

Clinton healthy care plan required implanted chip
This is most likely an UL started by a fundamentalist Christian who believes that the "End" is near and that "the Antichrist" is right around the corner. He/she thinks that the "mark of the beast" (Revelation 13) will be part of a computerized code programmed into a microchip and implanted in everyone in order to survive economically.
This is just another paranoid conspiracy theory similar to that of Timothy McVeigh. He was convinced that the government had implanted such a microchip in his butt. Barbara R.
