Here's my favorite picture of Hitler. It speaks to his posterity about his defeat. I once saw this on a poster, and only recently found it again.
It's titled Hitlers Last Day

He is obviously standing outside his bunker and speaking with a subordinate.

I think that the machine behind them is an airplane. It's pretty indistinct, but given the context and general shape I'd lay odds it's a Fieseler Storch.

ETA: The photo that GutterMonkey links makes it pretty clear it's a Storch.

Real in the sense that it would be understood? Yes. Real in the sense that it is playing an active part in todays German communication? Not so much.

I could see it used by a bunch of male highschool kids describing the assumed reason a female student gets better grades that them.

"Titten" is the German equivalent of "tits" and has about the same "bad word factor".

As one of the comments says, the aircraft (a Fieseler "Storch") has a civilian (and non-German, maybe Czech but I'm not sure) registration - which proves it's a modern fake shot in front of a privately-owned "warbird".

As for Tittenbonus, someone writes "Führer- und Tittenbonus!" (Hitler plus tits!), which seems to mean the pic's twice as awesome. Must be a form of German Internet humor (or an inside joke on this site).
