information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as
claimed by WND and the examples you gave are blatently false. I went
directly to the Supreme courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and
immediately came up with all of the dockets that WND made reference to on
both of these two lying, socialist cruds. I have long suspected that you
really slant things but this was really shocking.

This e-mail provided link proof that this was indeed the case?

What's the truth here, and did Snopes lie? And if so, why?

If Snopes did lie, its credibility has been reduced to zero, and Snopes
cannot be trusted to factually research and report politically or socially
sensitive issues.

omment: I believe you are slanting the Obama Kagan issue somewhat. It's
obvious that after viewing the docket information what the plaintiff is
after. No, it may not say it in black and white but I think this one
should be changed to True/False at worst. You have dropped down in

Apparently Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his
citizenship. Now she may help rule on them.

Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama.
She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the
Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship:
