I'm not sure that I'd define this as parody or criticism. It could actually result in legal charges were someone to take it seriously enough.

Anyway, it speaks volumes about whoever is evil-minded enough to have done the photo manipulation.

Not by the definition at the bottom of the bit you quoted, no. As others have pointed out, there are many valid reasons why a father may have tucked a hand inside the waistband of his daughter's pants. That is not "sexually explicit conduct".

This picture is offensive on so many levels, I can't even begin to list them all.
The really cute Beagle puppy was the first thing I noticed in the unaltered picture. His hand on her chest makes sense, too, if the puppy darted out in front of her (like puppies do), and he held he back from tripping over it.

The "editor" seems to have given Sasha some sort of hair extension to block Michelle's face, and maybe moved Sasha up a little, so Obama doesn't have a freakishly long arm, and also so we don't wonder why Michelle is smiling at the ground while her husband molests their daughter.

And, yeah, I'm glad there were no photographers around the day the boychik somehow had one of his boy parts slip out the leg band of his underwear, and came over complaining that his "underwear hurt." I unzipped his fly, adjusted him, and zipped him back up. It probably would have been better to go to the bathroom, but it was aways away, I didn't know what I was going to find. We were at a park, but there were only a couple of other people. If it had been crowded, I think I would have carried him to the bathroom.

But, parents do sometimes have to do things that would be inappropriate for strangers to do. I am not saying that parental molestation never happens, because clearly it does, but something you catch a glimpse of, or see in a still photograph, is not necessarily evidence of something inappropriate between a parent and a child.

Am I the only one that would not have even noticed, had it not been pointed out? I am sure most people have at some point had a photo taken without much thought that could later look odd. I realize it is photoshopped but even if it had not been, really?

My mother has a photo album, and I keep meaning to scan one of the photos at Kinko's when I visit (my mother does not keep up with technology, and her computer is circa 1984), otherwise I would post it, but I was playing in the yard when I was about nine, and someone snapped a photo, that looks like my head is turned 180 degrees, and I have a hand coming straight out of my chest.

It's just a weird combining of images, having to do with the angle of light, the shadow of a big tree, and the colors I'm wearing. I remember the day the picture was taken. It's a snapshot, so it isn't blurred, even though I'm moving, but I can't for the life of me figur out exactly what I'm doing to make it look that way.

Now that I think about it, if the dog had been included in the picture, it wouldn't look odd, even with his hand in her pants, because you'd just think a puppy ran into her path, and she stumbled, so he reached out to catch her, and because she was wearing something with an elastic waist band, his hand just slipped down as he caught her.

Exactly, and really sometimes you just do not notice where your hands are when posing unexpectedly for a photograph. I have an old photo of me and a bunch of my cousins where it looks like my cousin Joline is holding my breasts. It was the fact that she is much younger and her arms were stretched around me when she jumped in the photo. You do not want to know how much we teased her over that photo.

It looks more like the bulk of his hand is resting on her belly. He's very calm considering how close his daughter is standing to a near lethal dose of 'teh kewt goggie'.
