Number one looks like a model and number 2 most definitely a photo shop job.

I agree. A quite obvious photoshop job too.

Clearly the same head 5 times. The shapes of the scales, even the reflection in the eyes are all the same.

Or perhaps the Hydra, the many-headed snake of Greek legend?

Pretty unfair on the snake, which probably has a normal BMI

My first thought was "All hail Tiamat!" but I'm a shameless geek like that. (For those of you who don't play D&D, Tiamat is the five-headed goddess of evil dragons.)

While I am not the best at detecting a photoshop, I definitely know the differences between black, yellow and red. Also, stripes and solids.

They're pretty skeptical about it in Thailand too:

Here's a hilarious Google translation of the comments:

Pen Tools If the Pen Tools on the edge of the mouth and chin is away from the skin than this.
This mouth and chin made out of every head shop to have it all to blame.

PS to remove this photo contest web Worth 1000 certainly eliminated.

Um, you do know that Tiamat was originally a Babylonian goddess (and was not described as being a dragon or a snake).

That was my thought, too (looks like "painted glove")

BTW: did anything else notice, that the metal plate beneath the "snake" must have been rotated between the different shots?

Tiamat was the ocean/sea goddess, and actually personified the sea.

When the Torah says, in the opening verses, more or less, in English that "Darkness was on the face of the waters," or "the depths," some people think this is a reference to HaShem having done battle with Tiamat and won. Darkness is on the face of the water, the water being Tiamat, because she's dead.

There's a psalm, which is older than the book of Genesis that describes a battle between HaShem and another god, where HaShem wins, which might be the battle where Tiamat is killed, but the psalm has been redacted to sound like a battle between HaShem and the people who worshipped that god. It's not clear in an English translation, which is why I wasn't able to find it just now, but I'll look through a Hebrew text of the Psalms later, when I'm at work if I get the chance.

Yup, a lot of these things look exactly like Shesha. I bet some of these are rubber/clay models that are used in decorations for Krishna Janmashthami
