How many times have we heard this story?
I just got a powerpoint slideshow of this, with an all new ending. Quote:

So, why that word, and why the stone? Is this translated from a language where those references mean something? |

I was thinking the same thing. I can think of no sane reason I would ever say palavra anyway.

As glurge goes, I don't think this is necessarily a bad story about role reversal, however, this version is roobish.

I wonder if they meant "palabra" which, in Spanish, means "word." That's really stupid for three reasons:
1. they just said "word" in English 2. they're assuming everyone would know what "palabra" means 3. they misspelled it so NO ONE knows what they mean ETA: I just looked up palavra on a Portuguese to English dictionary... it also means "word."

Spam! Spam! Your link gave my computer a virus!
When I opened it, the stupidest music I ever heard overtook my computer system! And all semblance of intelligent work was overshadowed by these really stupid pictures with an even stupider storyline! It was like my computer developed a mind of its own ... and turned into someone idiotic! What have you done, Spam?!? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?

So it's been translated back from Portuguese but they missed or repeated some bits, then.

The title of this thread led me to think that it had something to do with the Neiman Marcus cookie recipe UL!

I wondered if it was meant to be "The die... after you've cast it" or something. You can't change the number you rolled. Unless you have a "Loaded Die" card.
