We’ve all heard the horror stories: A buxom young woman with breast implants boards a plane en route to an exotic locale. She is planning a relaxing getaway, but mid-flight, the plane loses cabin pressure. Suddenly, her breast implants begin to expand inside her body, countering the decrease in external pressure, and putting a tremendous strain on her skin and muscle. The pain becomes unbearable until the unthinkable happens: her implants burst.

That's what that video said. It was quite laborious to watch but when it finally got to the end, that's what it said.

Laborious isn't the word really - they could have left 7/8 of the footage on the cutting room floor and still made the point.

The myth I heard was about those inflatable bras one used to be able to get - maybe still can. http://www.shortnews.com/start.cfm?id=4380 exploding; but that of course as a tale doesn't have the added excitement of someones chest exploding in the style of John Hurt in Alien

Mythbusters covered this one.... it just doesn't happen. They determined that a human would die from extreme negative pressure long before the implants do anything.
