Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs have released a YouTube video that some people are hailing as the most boring ever put on the web. We take a look at some of the competition.

I've not looked at the others yet, but although it won't win an BAFTA, it's an infomercial - declare and pay up and we'll be lenient. Keep quiet, we will catch you and send you to jail sonny. It might work, it might not, but where's the harm in it? I'm not sure that message should be accompanied with any sort of entertainment content. It is short and apropos.
