Icon102 Bowel movement query

Okay, at the risk of grossing people out, I have a poop question.

My bowel movements are what I would deem "normal" or "average" as far as I know... some hard, some soft, some odorless and some that can peel paint. I've noticed, over the years, differences after various things I've eaten, the amount of water I've taken in, and how much exercise I've done... you know, normal crap...

However, when I have a bowel movement within 2-hours of waking in the morning (about thrice each month), they are almost always the same... quite soft, the same color, and odiferous enough to knock a buzzard off a NFBSK wagon.

Why? I don't have set times for movements... and outside of that time window, they are all different and based upon diet and exercise. Why are my morning movements exactly the same? They've been like this for years. nearly NOTHING makes them different - dehydration, over-hydration, meat, corn, fiber, asparagus... The ONLY thing that has impacted them is purple Kool-Aid... which makes ALL my movements a bright green for a day or two.

I thank you for taking this time to consider my poo.
