My ancient Compaq that was a hand me down of a hand me down, finally bit the dust - just froze up completely, total blue screen of death, so I got a new machine.
But I don't know what to do with the old machine, exactly, because I can't even get it to start up so I can't wipe clean the old data, so I don't want to donate it because my data is on there. It's so old I don't even think any place would want it. So I need to find out who will take it just as junk, I guess - where do I start with that?
