The operator of a telephone sex business halfway across the country is not too happy about some prank calls she's been getting from Volusia County's Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center.

Why would a sex hotline complain about getting prank calls in the first place? I'm assuming they receive the same payment for the calls whether the caller is talking about wild sex scenarios or calling and asking if their refrigerator is running.
