Default Huge explosion in Puerto Rico?

I can't find anything but this AP report in English, but people on A. N. Other forum are giving different reports to what's stated in that (people actually in Puerto Rico listening to the radio and watching it happen). Anyone know what's going on?!

ETA: Caused by a plane crash? -from what i can gather it's an oil or gas refinery that's gone up.

ETAA: This seems to indicate that that particular flights has landed OK.

CBS News is also carrying it. It seems to be an explosion of some sort at an oil refinery, the FBI is involved in investigating the cause. The plane crash theory probably came about because they closed the airspace around the area (probably due to restricted visibility, a pretty common occurrence in such fires, as well as the fear of further explosions). They're trying to contain the fire and keep the remaining tanks from going up. And evacuating people downwind. I suspect it will be a few days before firm details are known. Maybe weeks or months before they know the cause.
