No, I'm not - actually, if there still is a Ho Chi Minh City, I was all wrong in the first place.

"Neva" is not a Russian color I recognize, so it's not a Roy G. Biv color, black, white, grey, or brown. It could be something like teal, fuscia, or ocher, but I don't think people tend to use those in river names.

Could ther be another river running through St. Peterburg apart from the Neva, this one being called a colourful name?
