Default Ken Jennings trivia challenge

ETA because the thread was severed after my post:

We're discussing question #7 from last weeks trivia quiz,
Quote:
7. What unusual distinction is shared by these world cities? Hanoi, Vietnam; Indianapolis, Indiana; Jinan, China; Khartoum, Sudan; Kimberley, South Africa; Shreveport, Louisiana; St. Petersburg, Russia; Tacoma, Washington; and Winnipeg, Manitoba?
Full discussion in the old thread, starting on page 52.

No, I'm not - actually, if there still is a Ho Chi Minh City, I was all wrong in the first place.

"Neva" is not a Russian color I recognize, so it's not a Roy G. Biv color, black, white, grey, or brown. It could be something like teal, fuscia, or ocher, but I don't think people tend to use those in river names.
Could ther be another river running through St. Peterburg apart from the Neva, this one being called a colourful name?
