World's smallest man turns 18

The world's smallest man, Khagendra Thapa Magar, has revealed his wish for his 18th birthday: to be officially recognised by the Guiness World Records and to find a wife.

"Now I have turned 18 I want two things: to be recognised by Guinness and to find a wife who is small like me," said Khagendra.

"When I am officially recognised as the smallest man in the world I expect to get lots of proposals."

Sadly, I would watch this show. Yet i had no interest in The Littlest Groom.

I suppose that he could be declared "world's shortest person over age 18 years," but I would want to confirm that his growth plates have closed before declaring him "world's shortest pesron who achieved his adult height." Not that it sounds like he is going to grow another 5 inches, but just making the point that he may not be done yet.
