Not the first "game" where you can do that. There's an anime-styled one where you run around your school blowing air up girls' skirts, but I don't remember the name of it.

It took them this long to make it? Or this long to notice?

I mean, I don't have an iPhone, but anything that's motion sensitive seems to me to have quick and easy applications for less savory programs to come out for them. So yea, this doesn't really surprise me.
