Just wanted to share an AMAZING customer experience moment!!!
We purchased some DVD's this past weekend. We paid a few dollars extra for 2 day express shipping (so we can test the effect and plan before the big day). We got the shipping confirmation notice on Tuesday, and sent a note asking for the tracking number today when we still have not received it. To our dismay, the owner of the site responded thsat they had accidentally shipped the DVDs via regular post, and that although they will get here in plenty of time for the big day, they would be refunding us our full cost. We responded back saying thanks, but that is not necessary, and if they wanted to refund, to just take off what was fair. Their response? TOO LATE We already refunded your whole amount! HA HA Happy Halloween!!! Just WOW.. and mad props for the hard working folks. I feel the least I can do for them is spread the word on their work and thier excellent customer service!! Does anyone else have any POSITIVE customer service stories?! (they seem so rare these days)..
