Woman & Husband Accused of overdrugging daughter
A woman and her husband are accused of overdrugging their 4 year old daughter.

Rebecca Riley was found dead on the floor of her parents' bedroom in Hull on Dec. 13, 2006.....The Rileys have said they were only following orders from their daughter's psychiatrist, who had diagnosed the girl with bipolar disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The defense claims the girl died of pneumonia.

I don't know about diagnosing a 4 year old as bipolar. This is happening more frequently. The couple have two older children with disabling diagnoses as well. Admittedly, some disorders can be a genetic legacy. I am not so sure here. What do you think?
