My SIL does quality control for a company that produces "food quality" items. She has to batch check the product and count the # and volume of animal/insect parts in the finished product. If the count or volume is over her limit, she can stop production. Note that the cut-off value is NOT zero parts/volume.

Most parts are insect parts I guess. I think visible mouse parts would fail any quality control unless the mouse was a listed ingredient and the product was a cranberry-and-mouse bar.
I once ate a pasty that had a tought fibrous item in. Expecting a bit of bean stalk, I found it to be a grasshopper or locust hind leg, with identifiable foot. Locust bodies are one thing (preferably toasted) but I find the legs a bit too chewy . Apart from that, it didn't bother me.
