He can't deny it ever happened, but Mel Gibson has succeeded in getting his anti-Semitic drunken-driving incident scrubbed from his record.

The "The Passion of the Christ" director completed three years of probation last month with no violations, so a Malibu judge signed the request to expunge the notorious DUI.
