I live in Boulder, but hadn't seen this story yet. I was all set to write a jokey bit about "I wonder if this guy is at it again?" with a link to the Boulder High streaker from a couple of years ago. Then I read the article:

Yes, he's an idiot, and should have learned his lesson. But I think it's ridiculous that streakers like this, or the naked pumpkin-runners, are charged as sex offenders. Streaking and naked pumpkin running have nothing to do with sex crimes. Will the US ever move beyond this freaking puritan view of the human body as something nasty and offensive? This almost pisses me off enough to take part in the pumpkin run this year!
