Yes they do. We had friends from West Virginia that registered there for their wedding. They figured it was affordable & almost everyone had one near them. They also knew most of their guests had zero money so it was the best choice for them.

There was a Walmart commercial they used to run a few years ago that featured a bride saying "I got everything I needed for my wedding at Walmart" (a sales associate even loaned her a wedding dress). Anyway this commercial would have my daughter practically in tears. She just could not believe anyone would want to shop at Walmart for all their wedding related needs.

Of course this is the kid who used to look at the wedding dresses whenever we went to Harrods....one extreme to the other!
