My son and I have been nursing three small Chocolate Habenero plants for the last 6 months, and now.. finally, we have 20 fully grown and ripe peppers ready to be ... what?!?!?!
The peppers are too hot to just slice and throw into a meal... just a small sliver is enough to heat a whole 50 qt pot of chilli con carne! We were thinking of doing a chili oil, but they tend to have to be used in a short time period, salsa is an option, but thats a LOT of salsa.. maybe some pepper jelly... Any other ideas? (keeping in mind these things are HOT HOT HOT -- migraine inducing hot.....)
