Default Car ploughs into school children

Eight children have been taken to hospital after a car ploughed into a group of nine-year-olds in Suffolk.

This is terrible...

I wonder what the "dangerous driving" implies in the article. Was the woman drunk or not paying attention or something else?

Dangerous Driving

This is absolutely horrible. And I'm really not trying to minimize the horror involved... but I seem to be having an irony-laden day today:
