His official website calls him Muammar Al Gathafi, which confusingly is not the spelling used by any of the major news agencies.

See the weird thing was he was apparently (per something I read in the NYT yesterday) pretty reasonable and sane at a panel meeting the next day.

I gotta think that the man just loves his theater. He does right strange vaguely post modern short stories after all.
