I remember about 11-12 years ago I was out visiting L.A. with my wife at the time (probably around Thanksgiving) that I read in the newspaper a story about a woman driving through a parking lot, got into a minor fender-bender with another car which deployed both airbags. She had a baby in a safety seat in the front seat next to her. She looked over at the baby and the airbag had popped the kids head right off. If I recall correctly, the baby's head went flying out the passenger window into the parking lot. I absolutely do recall reading about this story in an L.A. newspaper, but cannot say for sure that actually happened in the L.A. area. Do you have any information about this story? |
