Lewis Black is in the second segment. He shows a clip of Mitch McConnel arguing against socialized medicine because his friend had a Canadian friend who was refused care due to his age. Black says that friend-of-a-friend "isn't even enough proof for an urban legend" and then goes on to make up his own urban legend involving Mexican pets, toothbrushes and Richard Gere.
