Icon18 Black Ring Spotted Over Theme Park

"Smoke usually looks smoky, cloudy ... this was a perfect circle," she told WAVY. "This thing was lined up so tight like it was a cut in the middle of the sky."

Tch, news really has eaten itself, hasn't it? We're watching a news report, with an interview from somebody who agrees it was a smoke ring from the nearby volcano ride and is a fairly common occurrence, but with an interviewer who apparently doesn't know what "UFO" means and is relying on on-line comments, similar to those that may well yet be posted in this thread, to try to drag it out into an item, and now we're going to have a thread about it?

Well, it looks like a UFO to me. But it could be a weather balloon. Or maybe a raindrop on the camera lens. The guy who filmed it said he was "having a drink" at the time - and I'm just being devil's advocate here - but maybe he was drunk and his dodgy perception transferred itself to his recording? He says it was a non-alcoholic drink and insists that it was just an unusually well-defined smoke ring, but who knows? Is he a reliable witness? What do you think?

What killed me about the CNN report is that they couldn't get a clip of the video for themselves, they had to shoot the website playing the video.

Remember when CNN was the first place you went for news?

Looking closely at the video, i am sure it was a UFO.

It is most definetly an Unfamilure Floating Oval.

And it's a lost one too.. it is looking for Roswell, NM, but through some GPS Fatfingering, ended up in Doswell VA.

Silly aliens.
