Default What's for dinner tonight?

Tonight at Chez Morgaine we're having chicken patties sprinkled with Cavender's Greek Seasoning, chicken & herb rice & green salad or broccoli.

Not a gourmet meal but filling & easy.

Tonight at Chez Christie's we just finished a meal of lamb chops, baked potatoes and brocccoli. Pretty plain cooking but we liked it .

Grilled salmon, grilled asparagus, and a salad of mixed greens, avacado, tomato, black beans, and cauliflower.

Rice Krispy treats for dessert (made with cocoa krispies, actually).

Green salad (from a bag), leftover Costco rotisserie chicken, leftover potato salad, and possibly steamed artichokes.

We had chicken alfredo from Costco. The family loves it and it's very easy. Just pop it in the oven.

*semi-homemade because I'm using multigrain wheat bread, Garlic Getti (scroll down), bit of margarine & a bit of cheese. Put it under the broiler for a few minutes & its delicious & works with my diet.

Tonight I'm eating out most likely, at the bar that serves the best grilled cheese sammich ever made. It's the perfect blend of perfectly grilled/toasted buttered bread, and melty gooey cheesy goodness. No place does it better. It is my traditional apres-softball meal.

Depends. If this is Cheap Chicken Day*, I'm having green chicken. Chicken breast cooked in tarragon, oregano, parsley, garlic, and onion. I believe I have some asparagus and vine tomatoes.

If it's not CCD*, then it's Taco Tuesday.

*One day a week, my local grocery store runs an unannounced sale on chicken breasts: 1.99lb for the family pack.

Tonight, we're having breaded chicken cutlets fried in olive oil, sauteed asparagus, and baked potatoes.

Tomorrow, I may try my hand at an eggplant tomato quiche recipe that my wife found.

The rest of the week, I'll be working, which means ham sandwiches and pretzels.

I think Tater Tot Pie tonight - I forgot to get anything else out of the freezer. Maybe Chicken Nuggets and Brussel Sprouts.

Tomorrow night will probably be Black Bean and Salsa Chicken Soup. I'll see who's in the mood for it.

Seeing as I need to go to the grocery store, most likely leftover ham and grits pie from last night!

Last night I grilled some pizza.

Today I'm playing 'Is It Still Edible' with a leftover rice dish.

At least I hope it's the leftover rice dish from Saturday.......
