it's been a while since I've seen Lion King, but I thought the reference was more supposed to be Nazis marching. Seems like the hyenas were goose-stepping.

The Nazi imagery starts around 1:45, the "terrazzo floor" is at 2:08. I don't know from the Air Force Academy -- personally, it makes me think of late 30's/early 40's footage of parades at Potsdamer Platz. Four Kitties

I thought they were Boy Scouts (be prepared) but then again I was 12 when the movie came out.
