Hello Kitty

The pic is remarkably close to the logo. It's even the same type of kitten!

More than one litter, I hope.

It reminds me of that Scrubs JD fantasy scene where he orders "a box of kittens, STAT!"

Wow, I just learned something.

I never, ever knew what that sillouette was supposed to be on the Chessie Systems trains. To me, it looked like some sort of Muppet with its mouth open!

Ah, the reddish hair threw me off. Still freakin' funny, though.

I just want to jump right in that pile of fur and snorggle myself into a stupor. *dies of teh cute*

I apologize for any sexist stereotype overtones on this one but according to objective sources it's true around my household.
(also if this was on the old thread I apologize...but some things are funny enough to repeat...)

I love that one! I've always loved the Chesie line's logo. It's beautiful.

I fell in love with that logo when we lived down south. Up here, we don't see those trains too often. So one year, DS1 got me a coffee cup with the logo. Yay!

I've loved that logo since I can remember. Somewhere around here someone has a Chessie caboose in their backyard. I need to go take a picture of it.

I don't have any cute LOLcat pictures, but I did make an icon out of that 'I has claws. you is naked. figure it out'.

Has anyone seen the NASCAR spin off ones? They're called LOLdrivers on livejournal. They have some pretty hilarious ones.

I just love the one with the lioness going 'I no have PMS!!'

I used to see it all the time when we lived in CA -- we would take the train to visit my grandparents in IL, so we saw a lot of other trains. I used to love to watch the freight trains go by and look for the Chessie ones!

And my great-great uncle was a trainman and my grandpa was a train buff. So I've spent a lot of time around old trains. For anyone who's interested, the C&O Historical Society has a page about the original Chessie. I guess she could be considered one of the original LOLcats! Too cute.
