Snake Snakes don't like pregnant women

Comment: My highschool science class wants to know if snakes can sense
pregnancy in humans. One of my students had heard that they do not like
pregnant women.

True story: a snake bit my Grandma while she was pregnant with my mom.

(That makes me 1/4 reptile. Somebody turn on the heat lamp, please!;-P)
