Use large tomato seeds

Comment: I have always heard in planting tomato seeds,that a person should
select the larger seeds,is this true or just a myth. Also the same holds
true if you have tomato plants that you grow that you can reuse the seeds
and use them the next year,I don't know about other seeds if the same
thing holds true.I'd appreciate a reply and this be checked with a
knowledgeable person.
