Comment: This sounds entirely absurd to me but a friend of mine insists it
is true. Supposedly the reason many black women possess amble behinds is because it is very common for them to also have "backward" or "tipped" uteri. Is there any validity to this statement? Thus far google has yielded me nothing so I must appeal to you. |

Did the uterus tip as the womb travelled throughout the body?

Amble behinds? Meaning their behinds are prone to taking leisurely walks?

Interesting that the position of an internal organ could cause localized muscle and fat deposits.

Correlation does not equal causation. Learn it, live it, love it.
That's if it's even true that a higher-than-average number of black women have tipped uteri, for which I have been so far unable to find a cite. Nonny

I can't find any cites that black women are more likely to have tipped uteri, either, unless they on average have more pregnancies than others, which I don't think is true.
Searching for cites, though, I think I discovered the answer to several of my problems: Quote:
I don't think it's enough of an issue to have surgery for, though, since the symptoms are minor, and I don't want children. It is kinda nice to know what is likely going on down there, though. |
