Whatever happened to Grace?

A long time ago, there was a long topic on here about the pictures of this little girl in a wheelchair named Grace. (I apologize, I can't remember her last name!) Some of you will probably know who I'm talking about - she had a horrible disease that gave her swollen eyes and a wide-open mouth. I even specifically remember a series of pictures where she was in a mall with some adults, and there was one showing her a frog puppet. Hopefully that rings a bell with someone.

Anyway, I haven't heard about her for a while... anyone have any updates on Grace?

Here are some pictures of her in a horrible forum, the comments make me sick. I didn't find anything on a Google image search for her though.

That poor girl. I think it's so horrible that there are many jackasses in the world who make such awful comments about people who are less fortunate than them.

I couldn't get to the old thread, but this girl looks like she's a very special person.
