Comment: I was recently reading a press release for a new book, and in the
middle it contained this: In our time, President Bush has stated, "I am driven with a mission from God. God would tell me, `George, go and fight these terrorists in Afghanistan'. And I did. And then God would tell me `George, go and end the tyranny in Iraq'. And I did." It didn't sound right to me, so naturally I headed to your site to verify it. I couldn't find it referenced anywhere, so I turned next to google. What I found were a dozen left-leaning web sites all repeating it as if it were true, plus one actual news article: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article...817570,00.html The salient line in that article: "[the originator] has since modified his original account..." |

God never said GWB could send in subsitutes for him. God specificly told GWB to do it himself.
