Jews didn't contribute to WWII memorial

Comment: I have an elderly friend who insists that only two Jewish
Americans contributed to building the National WW II Memorial in D.C. One
was Steven Spielberg.

She says that she read this in Bob Dole's book (maybe his autobiography.)

Is there some source for a list of contributors?

She believes that Jewish people have never thanked the American people for
rescuing Europe from Hitler and suffering so many American soldiers'
deaths.

I believe she has a poor understanding of the reasons for US involvement in WWII.

In view of this, I can understand a reluctance to support building the memorial using this particular company.

This one is true, actually.
All the Jews in America called together one of their big meetings, and in between controlling all media and poisoning the water hole voted not to contribute to any WWII memorials.
