Police Law & Order: SVU - Stolen Kidney UL

The other evening I was watching a rerun of this episode of L&O:SVU, which originally aired May 17, 2005. In it there's a conversation about the story of someone waking up in a tub of ice with a kidney missing, which is dismissed as an urban legend.

This may have been mentioned on the old board at the time it first aired, but I couldn't find it in a quick search over there.

In the first season of the regular Law and Order, one of the episodes concerned a man whose kidney was stolen and given to the daughter of a wealthy man. They made it sound conceivable, since a doctor and nurse were in cahoots with the gazillionaire.

I believe that episode also has a cameo with a mounted NYPO who is now an ASPCA Officer (Joe Pantangelo?)

Default Joe Pentangelo

What a good eye! That is Joe Pentangelo on that L&O, he's on Animal Precinct on animal planet. He's been in lots of L&O's-- as well as tons of other movies. I'd like to see him in more!
