My mom told me sitting on cold concrete gives you hemorroids, too. Where does this stuff come from? I'll tell you what gives you hemorroids, stomach flu in your last trimester, that's what.

Pushing for hours, and I do mean hours, during childbirth is a really great way to get hemorroids, trust me. Been there, done that.

I can't think of any reason, even without childbirth, a woman might not be just as susceptible to haemorroids as men. I know there are some obvious differences physically between men and women, but our bumholes are constructed the same. AFAIK
