T-shirt update

We arranged for another production run of t-shirts today (the same design as before). They should be ready late next week, and once we've picked them up and verified that they all turned out okay, we'll begin taking orders. (Nothing is going to happen until then, so please don't post here to express a color/size preference or to ask how to order shirts.)

We invested quite a bit of money to order a *lot* of shirts so that we could get the unit price as low as possible. If the supply proves to be much greater than the demand, well ... let's just say our friends and relatives will be getting snopes.com t-shirts as Christmas and birthday presents for the next several years.

We expect that the price for U.S. message board members will be $10 per shirt, postage included. (We don't know how we'll work out pricing for international orders yet.)

Unfortunately we can't find a place on-line to point to color swatches, but we used some of the same colors for shirts as last time (white, light blue, ibis rose [pink], red, and sand), and we added some new colors (medium blue, orange, Texas orange [burnt orange], lime green, stonewashed green, and moss green). We'll have to wait until the shirts come in before we're sure that all the newer colors worked out well, though.

Hello Kitty

Yay! I love my pimped-out shirt, but I'd like to have one for everyday wear, one that doesn't rattle when I walk.

Since CatNip does the laundry now, perhaps I can avoid spilling bleach on the new one.

Get out of town! And just in time for having to wear a burnt orange shirt every weekend (almost). Thanks!

If I were to order multiples, would the cost of the shirts reduce, as postage is included in the price? I'm interested in 4 or 5 shirts.

Cool! I'll definitely get one.

I hope that when the shirts come in you'll be able to at least post photos of the new colors because I don't know the difference between "stonewashed" and "moss" green!

Cool! Save a large moss green for tag! I realize it's first come first serve. I'll be quiet now.

Ooh, lovely! I particularly like how the opposite orange to "Texas" is "Athletic."

Ten bucks is all it takes for me to waltz around proclaiming my Snopseage? Well I'm in for that!

Why no black? Oh well, guess I'll get one of the darker colors...$10 is less than I said I'd pay, so I'm in for one this round.

Now, the question is--will you take paypal? I've got exactly $10 sitting there right now.. and how do the sizes run?

Let's wait until he gives us the okay before we begin asking him to reserve colors for us and how to order the shirts.

I'm not asking him to reserve colors...just saying that I want green ones (cause the color green he posted is so pretty!)
